1Biz End User License Agreement (EULA)

Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service.

1. License grant

Subject to this EULA and our Terms of Service, Fieldnote.Ai LLC d/b/a 1Biz grants the Account Holder (and its Employee Users, solely as Authorized Users) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the 1Biz mobile application on devices owned or controlled by the Account Holder or Authorized Users, for the Business’s internal operations, within plan seat limits.

2. License restrictions

You may not: reverse engineer (except to the extent allowed by law); rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app; circumvent security or plan entitlement controls; or use the app for unlawful purposes.

3. Apple-required terms (iOS)

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store:

This EULA is between you and Fieldnote.Ai LLC d/b/a 1Biz, not Apple.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
In the event of a failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your possession/use of it, including product liability, legal/regulatory claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it.
You represent you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited/denied party list.

4. Subscriptions (external billing)

1Biz Subscriptions are purchased on https://www.get1biz.com via Stripe, not as Apple In-App Purchases, unless we later offer IAP and update this EULA. Apple is not a party to Subscription billing.

Manage or cancel billing through 1Biz billing settings / Stripe Customer Portal on get1biz.com, as described in the Subscription & Billing Policy. Account deletion is available in-app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or via get1biz.support@gmail.com.

5. Privacy

Use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy: https://www.get1biz.com/privacy

6. Updates and termination

We may provide updates. The license terminates if you breach these terms or delete the app/account. On termination you must cease use and delete copies.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service apply to the app. Governing law and venue are as stated in the Terms (Ohio; Franklin County, Ohio, except where prohibited).
