Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

This AUP states prohibited uses of the Platform (apps, web app, APIs, and public pages).

2. Prohibited conduct

Business Users may not use the Platform to:

  1. Violate law, including privacy, consumer, payments, export, or anti-spam/telemarketing laws.
  2. Send spam or unsolicited marketing messages; ignore Customer marketing opt-out/opt-in flags.
  3. Upload content you do not have rights to process (including others’ personal data without a lawful basis).
  4. Probe, scan, or attack the Platform; bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication, or plan gates.
  5. Interfere with other customers’ use or with Stripe/Supabase/other Connected Services.
  6. Use AI Features to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to automate abusive messaging.
  7. Misrepresent your identity or your Business; commit fraud.
  8. Process card data outside approved Stripe flows (no storing raw card numbers in 1Biz fields).
  9. Resell or white-label the Platform without a written agreement.
  10. Use Coming Soon / unreleased endpoints as if they were supported production features.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to authorities. We may remove content that violates this AUP. The Account Holder remains responsible for Employee User activity under the Business.
