Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service unless defined here.
1Biz SaaS Subscriptions are purchased on https://www.get1biz.com through Stripe Checkout. Entitlements are stored in our systems and unlocked in the mobile and web apps. We do not use Apple In-App Purchase or RevenueCat for 1Biz plan billing.
Before you pay, Checkout displays the plan name, price, billing term (monthly or annual), and that the Subscription renews automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from in-app billing settings and get1biz.com).
The Account Holder is responsible for Subscription fees. Employee Users are not individually billed.

Annual pricing equals ten months of the monthly price (two months free). Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply.
An optional website add-on may be offered as a separate Stripe price; if offered, Checkout will show its price and renewal terms before purchase.
New Businesses receive a 14-day trial with Launch-level capabilities, measured from business creation. When the trial ends without a paid Subscription, paid/gated features may be blocked until the Account Holder subscribes.
Not included in current entitlements: Coming Soon items (live GPS, e-sign, InstaQuote/InstaSchedule, QuickBooks, business phone/Twilio SMS, retainers, SMS automations).
AI monthly quotas and outbound send limits are plan-based and enforced server-side. Exact quota numbers are as displayed in-product / plan materials and may change prospectively with notice. Exceeding limits may block further AI/send actions until the next period or upgrade. See the AI Usage Policy.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry according to its retry rules. We may suspend or limit paid features until payment succeeds. The Account Holder should update the payment method in the Customer Portal promptly. We may cancel the Subscription after repeated failures as communicated by Stripe or in-product notices.
The first 1,000 qualifying paying Businesses may purchase the Launch plan at Founding pricing: $9.99 per month or $99.90 per year (as selected at Checkout).
A Business qualifies when it successfully completes its first paid charge for a Launch Subscription (not merely starting a trial), as recorded in our billing systems / Stripe. Qualification is counted per Business Subscription that completes that first paid Launch charge, in the order our systems record successful payment, until capacity reaches 1,000.
Founding Launch pricing remains for that Business’s Launch Subscription while the Subscription remains continuously active on Launch (including timely renewals without cancellation). Continuous means no cancellation that ends the paid Launch Subscription and no lapse that causes the Subscription to terminate.
Founding pricing is lost if the Account Holder cancels the Launch Subscription (or it terminates for non-payment) and later re-subscribes, or switches off Launch to another plan and later returns to Launch after a break in continuous Launch subscription. Re-subscribe or return-to-Launch pricing is then the then-current Launch price (including Standard Launch $19.99/month or $199.90/year after founding capacity is filled).
After 1,000 qualifying paid Launch Businesses (or earlier if we close founding capacity for operational reasons), new Launch Subscriptions are sold at Standard Launch: $19.99/month or $199.90/year. Existing continuously active Founding Launch Subscriptions keep Founding pricing under Section 8.3.
We may change prices or plan contents prospectively. For renewing Subscriptions, we will provide notice of material price increases as required by applicable automatic-renewal and consumer laws (including reasonable advance notice where required). Price changes do not retroactively alter amounts already charged for a completed period. If you do not agree to a material price change, cancel before the effective renewal date.
New plans or add-ons may be introduced; they are not included in existing entitlements unless Checkout or an in-product upgrade expressly adds them.

Payments Customers make on invoices use Stripe Connect and settle to the Business’s connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe’s fees and payout schedules.
We may update this Policy by posting at https://www.get1biz.com/billing. Material changes follow the notice rules in the Terms of Service (reasonable advance notice; at least 30 days where required by law; affirmative acceptance where legally required).
